I am so excited to offer this new event. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to play in a real historic monument.
We are headed out to Fort Mifflin, one of the only intact Revolutionary War battlefields and the only fort in Philadelphia! The fort was completed in 1776 by the Revolutionary forces under the direction of Benjamin Franklin. It is famous for the intense batlles of 1777, when 400 revolutionary soldiers held off over 2,000 British troops for several weeks, allowing George Washington to retreat to Valley Forge. Many report that the Fort is haunted.
Everyone has heard of laser tag; known for kids birthday parties at the mall. Well forget all you know!Imagine what happens when military training facilities take a look at the technology and ramp it up for real battlefield simulation. Unlike most "laser tag" systems, the equipment doesn't require dark rooms or short distances. The technology enables extended range of infrared units in all playing conditions.
No longer are all guns created equal. Sniper rifles have long range and smaller ammunition. Pistols have short range and limited rounds. Machine guns have less accuracy but larger capacity and faster shooting. There are even land mines.
Lights even effectively simulate muzzle flashes. Extensive testing was carried out to achieve optimal levels of range and firepower of each gun/sensor for the most satisfying gaming experience in a commercial environment. The combat game has been influenced by modern computer games and military training scenarios. These scenarios provide team members the opportunity to overcome adversity together, and gain greater understanding of the team cohesion and the value of communication.
