Gear up and get ready to be chilled and thrilled! Take your winter activities to the next level! Travel to the beautiful Poconos to experience the winter pleasures of dogsledding and ice skating! You’ll get to mush your own dog team through some of the best 5500 acres of beautiful snowscaped land in PA.

We'll be meeting up to go ice skating first. We'll all start with ice skating and then we'll be broken up into two groups.Two groups of 12. The first group will be going to start their dog sledding experience, while the rest of us will continue ice skating for another hour.

12 people at a time will be going over to meet the dogs, over 20 beautiful pure-bred Siberian Huskies, watch out, they LOVE to give kisses. Our guides will give us an orientation, a dog sledding 101, if you will. You’ll learn the commands of dog sledding and how the dogs are selected, bred, and maintain dominance. Husky’s are pack animals and will try to maintain themselves as dominant and alpha males/females and there is an art to pairing the dogs up.

Then the big moment arrives as the guide helps you launch your sled and off you go, driving your own dog-team on a wilderness trail. We’ll all take turns leading our very own dog team and yelling out commands such as “Mush” and “Gee” (turn right). Our guide will be pulling a snowmobile and a passenger sleigh for those not steering their dog sleds to watch the sport in all of its glory! We will move past beautiful landscape and even get to see one of the area waterfalls, Indian ladder falls. Everyone will get their turn and get a chance to spend more time with the pups afterwards! We will also provide a chance to warm up before moving on to our next activity.

Afraid of no snow? No worries. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can still dog-mush, just on wheeled sleds instead!
