Details - Join Liana Cameris and Caroline Grace Ashurst, L.Ac for a new Terramar Adventures unique event! We are thrilled to bring you this incredibly special Yoga & Acupuncture detox that will facilitate the release of anything unessential that you're holding onto energetically, physically and mentally.  Warm up your body with a centering and rejuvenating Vinyasa flow with Liana. Then, drift off into Savasana with a guided-meditation as Caroline offers you a simple ear-acupuncture treatment that maximizes internal balance and stress-relief. While soothing music permeates your environment and subtle essential oils are applied to your temples, you’ll deepen your relaxation practice as the treatment encourages deep breathing, detoxification and blood flow throughout the body and the Acupuncture channels. This treatment will optimize internal balance and stress-relief by releasing that which may be holding you back from flourishing! 

What to Bring? Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring a snack to ground you after Yoga.

When? 10am-1pm, 25th September, 3 hours. This event will start with an informative discussion, next will move to yoga, followed by a transition to acupuncture.
