Ralph Stover State Park
Back by popular demand! We are hosting another outdoor rock climbing event, except this time, it will be when the weather is cooler, so this will be even more fun the second time around.
Ralph Stover is one of the best climbing areas near Philadelphia. There are lots of routes for all levels and it is just a beautiful and peaceful place to climb. This is what rock climbing is about!
Under the care of expert guides, come out and spend half a day of climbing at beautiful Ralph Stover State Park. The guides have more than 15 years of experience leading trips to Ralph Stover. This is the easiest and most fun way around to start climbing outside! They'll set up the ropes for us, and give everyone plenty of advice and tips while we climb. They will set up multiple ropes so that everyone has plenty of chances to climb.
Cost includes all gear, guides, snacks, and a full morning of climbing.
Clothing and Equipment: Wear light and comfortable clothing. Make sure it does not restrict your movement. But, do not wear shorts or you may scrape up your knees. Our guides provide ropes, harnesses, shoes, and all the other gear we'll need. Make sure to bring plenty of water!
Directions: Ralph Stover is located in Tinicum Township, Bucks County. Detailed Directions and meeting places will be provided to all paid registrants. We will organize a carpool leaving from the Philadelphia area, but you are responsible for your own transportation. Detailed directions will be provided several days prior to the event.
