Following the success of our first ever acrobatic yoga workshop, we have decided to give our adventurers another chance to play in the gym by offering Adult Gymnastics.  We will tumble, somersault, trampoline, and explore the uneven bars, among other things!  

This event is ALL LEVELS so all are welcome whether you have no previous experience, are feeling nostalgic about your former days of gymnastic glory, or are actively involved in adult gymnastics today.  Coach Lex will instruct this event, and he is great at working with individuals at many different levels.

This event will be held in King of Prussia, PA. Details will be provided to all paid registrants. We will organize a carpool leaving from the Philadelphia area, but you are responsible for your own transportation.
