Hey ladies- it is time to show off your sass!

A few months ago, we challenged you- gave you the awesome opportunity-to learn a few pole dancing moves. This month we are going a little further.

Sexy confidence is what this event is all about- push your boundaries and join us for a ladies only Burlesque Class! Burlesque is an art form that is sassy, funky and always fun (think Moulin Rouge!).

What to expect? Burlesque moves consist of simple dance steps performed with a cheeky, teasing, flirtatious attitude which emphasizes confidence and sexuality. Burlesque is a celebration of the female form and as such, has traditionally held curvaceous bodies in high esteem. In contrast to many modern dance forms, women of all body types are celebrated!

The class runs for 2 hours and throughout we practice Pin-up poses and sexy walks for warm-ups and then learn a choreographed Burlesque routine set to modern or 1940’s Big Band music (your choice!).

There is no nudity involved in the workshop, but you should dress in a way that makes you feel sexy and confident- high-heels are a bonus! Get in on the glitter, glamour, and humor of this uniquely fabulous and female empowering art form in a friendly and supportive environment.
