Did you run with us at Ragnar and you are just one of the most masochistic, olfactory stunted, psycho-runners that loved every minute of it and cannot wait to do it again? Well here is your chance. . .

You and 11 crazy, costumed, sweaty, and delirious new best friends are about to endeavor on an Odyssey running day and night, relay-style, through some of the most scenic terrain in all the world. Starting high on Mt. Hood, we will be running to the pacific coast of Oregon.

It’s time to kick it into high gear! This is one of the most exciting events I’ve ever come across and getting our registration cash in soon is essential before its too late. If you’re really interested please you must pay ASAP. The Hood to Coast Relay sells out every year and for the last 11 years it has sold out on the very first day of registration! It is the biggest and most prestigious super relay in the USA. Don't delay, don't miss out. Carl is collecting checks now and I guarantee you the team will fill up almost as fast as the race.

We will train together. But, expect that you will have to run three legs, one every 10 hours, varying from 4-8 miles for a total of 15-19 miles over 24 hours. Registration fee is $130 per person. You will also have to contribute approx $250 per person for gas/vans/food/expenses and be responsible for getting your butt to Oregon. It is definitely worth it. Ragnar was one of my 2 favorite things I did this year and definitely one of the best things I have done in my life!
